William, I was not able to find anything for a 16" wheel with 6 lugs. I was able to find Phoenix USA QuickTrim Ring Cover for 16" Trailer Wheels # QT6556CLO which is a trim ring that works with 16" x 6 wheels, and the Replacement Center Cap for 15" or 16" Aluminum Viking Series Wheels # CXF104B which is a center cap that also works with 16" x 6 wheels.

For stainless steel lug nuts I'd go with Lionshead's 1/2" -20 # LHLR103 or 9/16"-18 # LHLR110 depending on the diameter of your wheel studs. You could add in a hub cover but it's honestly not necessary and more so just for looks. The Karrier ST185/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire & Wheel # KE33JR has a 3.19" pilot hole so you'd just need to measure how far that dust cover sits out to see if there's a long enough hub cover to fit. view full answer...

The Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System # AM3200 can technically be used to connect to a gooseneck trailer, but the ball would sit much higher than normal because it's designed to make up the difference in height that a 5th wheel hitch would cover.
